Gorgeous Walnut floating headboard and nightstands by Glenn of California, circa 1957.  This is an iconic Danish design, and Glenn of California did an awesome job finding their own way to design it in the United States in the 50's - 60's. 
 
There is storage behind the headboard for all your extra linens, pillows, etc. and each nightstand has one shelf and a sliding door.  This headboard will attach to your wall and your bed frame will go  right up to it.  
 
A floating headboard instantly creates a clean, uncluttered look by lifting the visual weight off the floor. With no legs or bulky base, the eye moves smoothly across the room, making the bedroom feel more open, intentional, and calm. The wall-mounted design allows the architecture and materials to stand on their own, giving the space a refined, modern presence that feels light rather than heavy.  David and I have personally used a floating headboard and nightstands for years now and we will never go back to a traditional floor base headboard!

    These are authentic pieces of furniture from the 1950’s, 60’ and 70’s, they are survivors, and unique all in one. David restores these amazing pieces to give you another 50+ years with them if desired.

    However, we are not a box store, and these are not mass-produced items anymore, they can't just be replaced with a new one. We do everything we can to make sure these pieces are in excellent working order when you purchase them. We appreciate you understanding our policy and supporting small businesses.

  • DELIVERY/SHIPPING INFORMATION

    Our delivery rates are based on miles and the current price of gas, and depending where you are located can range from $200 to $1000.00+.

    **Please note, you will have to make arrangements in obtaining your own help moving the furniture into your home. If you require our help, we will need to know ahead of time where the piece is going, i.e.: one level home, stairs, apartment etc., and we will have to pay a helper to come with us, which can affect the delivery rate also. **

    Once you find pieces you love send us a direct message with the destination address and details, we will then calculate the delivery rate for you.

    Good news is we charge by the load, so whether you buy one piece of awesome MCM furniture or many, the delivery rate does not change!!

    We also allow you to pick up or contract your own delivery via UShip or other services.
